I focused on the issue of bullying in my first book, “The Classmates,” based on Surah Hujurat to teach children important moral principles.
Surah Hujurat, the 49th surah of the Quran, contains valuable lessons about respect, kindness, and proper behaviour towards others. It emphasizes the importance of avoiding negative behaviour like name-calling, gossiping, and ridiculing others. Instead, it encourages us to treat others with kindness, empathy, and respect.
My book uses this surah as a framework to help children understand the harmful effects of bullying and the importance of treating others with dignity and respect. By instilling these values in children from a young age, you can help them become kinder, more empathetic, and more compassionate individuals who are less likely to engage in bullying behaviours.
